Cancellation and/or Changes Policy:
1. Cancellation requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, provided that:
– Cancellations made until October 01, 2017 will receive 50% refund of the amount paid. After this date there will be no refunds.
2. Changes of participants may be held until October 01, 2017, through the email email@example.com
Participants from the same institution will receive a discount for group registration:
- Group of 5 to 10 people: 10% discount
- Group of more than 10 people: 20% discount
